Apparatus is mounted on a base with a vertical shaft and two horizontal arms. The lower arm is adjustable for height. Complete with one No. of Initial Needle having 1/12" (2.12 mm) Dia & ¼ lb (113.4gm) Weight, one No. of Final Needle having 1/24" (1.06 mm) Dia & 1 lb (453.6gm) Weight and a Glass Base Plate.
